USING TIESPARK

Terms of use

TieSpark is operated by Brandon Simpkins. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our community rules. Our privacy notice explains how information is handled.

Your account

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and use an email address you control. Keep your password and confirmation links private. You are responsible for your account activity; contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Professional connections

TieSpark helps people find peers, collaborators, and referral partners. Members are responsible for their own profiles, claims, conversations, agreements, and meetings. We do not independently verify every identity or qualification and do not guarantee matches, jobs, referrals, or business results. Meeting proposals are preferences and invitations, not a booking or a service agreement with TieSpark.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give TieSpark permission to store, display, transmit, and make restricted recovery copies of that content as needed to operate the features you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. This permission ends when the content is removed, subject to limited backup retention, legal obligations, and copies others have independently saved.

Acceptable use

Follow the community rules. Do not harass people, misrepresent your identity, send unsolicited bulk pitches, publish unlawful content, scrape member data, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict content or accounts when needed to investigate abuse, enforce these terms, or protect members. You can request a review through Support.

Availability and changes

TieSpark is currently a free beta. Creating an account does not enroll you in a paid subscription. Any future paid offering will explain its price and require your agreement before charging you. Features may change, and interruptions can occur. You may stop using TieSpark and delete your account at any time.

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or particular outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We will notify members of material changes to these terms through the service or account email.
